The front office for local service businesses
Keyspur Systems sets up the software a local service business runs on: answering calls, booking jobs, following up with customers, collecting reviews and getting paid. Use one piece or all of it, and keep your hands on the work.
The core plan: 14-day pilot, $0 today, then $697 a month · cancel anytime
An illustrative evening, not a customer’s results.
One customer, start to finish
Every step between a customer’s first call and their next booking has a place in Keyspur. Some steps are in the plan; the rest are add-ons we set up with you.
They get in touch
By phone, or through the form and booking page on your website.
In the planSomeone answers
The AI receptionist picks up, day or night, and books the job into your calendar.
In the planYou get the booking
An email with the details and a calendar invite, and everything on your owner page.
In the planThey’re reminded
Appointment reminders by text and email, and a text back to anyone who hung up early.
Add-onThe job’s done
One tap asks the customer for a Google review. Everyone is asked.
In the planThey come back
A nudge when it’s been a year, or a loyalty card for the customers who return.
Add-on
Everything a front office does
You probably don’t need all of it, and nobody needs the same pieces. Pick what matters most and the rest steps back. We set up what you choose, and you can add more later.
AI receptionist
Answers the calls you can’t get to, day or night, in your business’s name. Books the job, takes a message, and puts true emergencies through to your cell.
See how →Missed-call text-back
When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text from your business within seconds, so they don’t move on to the next name on the list.
Web chat
A chat box on your website that answers questions and books a visit, at any hour.
See how →Add-onFacebook and Instagram replies
Messages sent to your Facebook page and Instagram answered quickly and turned into bookings.
See how →In the planOnline booking and calendar
Customers pick a real open time. Every booking reaches you by email with a calendar invite.
See how →Add-onAppointment reminders
Reminders by text and email before the visit, so fewer people forget it.
See how →Estimate follow-up
Quotes that went quiet get a polite chase until it’s a yes or a no.
See how →Add-onPast-customer reminders
A nudge when it’s been a year since the last service, so the customers you already have come back.
See how →Text and email campaigns
Updates and offers to customers who’ve agreed to hear from you, each one sent from your business.
Customer loyalty card
For businesses people visit often: a QR code at the counter, a digital punch card on the customer’s phone, a reward at the visit you choose. Emails go only to people who opted in.
Automations
“When this happens, do that.” A booking, a missed call, a finished job or a quiet quote can each start the next step by itself.
See how →Review requests
When a job’s done, one tap asks that customer for a Google review. Every customer gets asked. A printable review card for trucks and invoices comes with it.
See how →In the planReview monitoring
New reviews are checked every week, with a suggested reply for each.
See how →Google profile care
Posts, photos and hours kept fresh on your Google listing.
Website and booking page
A hosted site with tap-to-call, online booking and a lead form. On your own domain if you like.
See how →Social posting
Posts scheduled to your Facebook and Instagram pages, so your business looks as busy as it is.
Owner page
Calls, recordings, bookings and website enquiries on one private page, with the last 30 days at a glance.
See how →Add-onCustomer list and pipeline
Every customer and quote in one list, with a board showing what’s new, quoted, booked and done.
See how →Add-onInvoices and payments
Send an invoice or a payment link and get paid by card, by text or email.
See how →Add-onEstimates and signed contracts
Send an estimate and have it signed on the customer’s phone.
See how →In the planReports
A pilot report built from your real calls, bookings and enquiries, then a monthly one.
See how →The plan covers what’s tagged “In the plan”. Add-ons are arranged on your call and set up with you. Texts and emails go only to people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you. Before any business can text its customers, US carriers ask it to register; that step takes from a few days to a couple of weeks.
Storm and weather campaigns
When hail, a freeze or a heat wave reaches your area, a message to your past customers, ready to send.
Spanish-speaking receptionist
Callers answered in Spanish as well as English.
It sounds like your front desk.
It answers in your business’s name, knows your hours, services and service area, and books the first step you choose. It won’t quote prices or make promises, and it says it’s an AI assistant if a caller asks.
True emergencies can go straight to your cell.
Every message, one inbox.
Texts, web chat and Facebook and Instagram messages come into one place. Appointment reminders go out before the visit, a caller who hung up gets a text back, and customers you haven’t seen in a year get a nudge.
Set up with you, and only ever to people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
An illustration of the add-ons, not a real conversation.
A website that takes the booking.
Tap-to-call on every screen, a form that reaches you, and online booking for the first step. It’s built from your real services and your real Google reviews, and it runs on your own domain if you have one.
Already have a site you like? Keep it. Everything else works alongside it.
Your business,
easy to reach.
Know where every job stands.
Every customer and quote in one list, on a board that shows what’s new, quoted, booked and done. Quotes that go quiet get a polite chase, and invoices and estimates go out from the same place, with payment by card.
Arranged on your call, so it follows how you already work.
An illustration of the pipeline, not a real business’s jobs.
You get the list, not the ringing.
Each booking lands in your email with the details, what the caller said and a calendar invite. Everything else, calls, messages and website enquiries, sits on one private page you can check from your phone.
When the job’s done, tap Job done on that booking and the customer is asked for a Google review.

Questions owners ask
Something else? hello@keyspursystems.com
What can Keyspur set up?
The core is an AI receptionist, online booking, a website, review requests and an owner page. Around it: missed-call text-back, web chat, Facebook and Instagram replies, appointment and past-customer reminders, estimate follow-up, text and email campaigns, a loyalty card, automations, a customer list with a pipeline, invoices and payments, and signed estimates. Not every business needs all of it, so we start with what fits.
Do I have to take all of it?
No. Most businesses start with one or two pieces. The plan covers the core, add-ons are arranged on your call, and you can add or drop them later.
Is it just an AI that answers calls?
No. The AI receptionist is one part of it. Booking, follow-up, reviews, your website, payments and your customer list are the others.
Who runs Keyspur?
Keyspur Systems is run by Michael Jituboh. You can reach us at hello@keyspursystems.com.
Is it a real person on the phone?
No. It’s an AI receptionist, and it says so if a caller asks. It answers in your business’s name, finds out what the caller needs, and books the first step you choose or takes a message.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. You forward the calls you don’t pick up with one short code on your phone. Your customers dial the number they already have.
What does it say about prices?
Nothing. It’s set up not to quote prices or make promises on your behalf. It books the visit and passes on what the caller said.
What happens with a real emergency?
You decide what counts as urgent. Those calls can be put straight through to your cell.
What does it cost?
$0 for the first 14 days, with a card on file. Then $697 a month. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing; after that you can cancel anytime.
I already have a website. Do I need yours?
No. The receptionist, the owner page and review requests work with the site you have. The booking website is there if you want it.
Can it text my customers?
Text reminders are an add-on, and texts and emails go only to people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you. Text reminders are an add-on. US carriers ask every business to register before it sends texts, so that part takes from a few days to a couple of weeks to switch on. Calls and email work from day one.
How long does setup take?
Most of it happens on one call. You hear it take test calls first, then switch on call forwarding when you’re ready.
Hand over the front office.
Fifteen minutes. We’ll look at how your calls, website and reviews work today and tell you what’s worth switching on, and what isn’t. No contract.
