Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

This policy explains what information Keyspur Systems (a trading name of Michael Jituboh, “we”) handles, why, and your choices. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this website. Contact: hello@keyspursystems.com.

1. Our customers (the businesses we serve)

When you sign up, we collect your name, business details, email, phone number and the settings needed to run your receptionist (hours, services, service area, booking rules). Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

2. People who call or book with our customers

When someone calls a business that uses Keyspur, or books or sends a form on that business’s website, we process what they share: name, phone number, address, the reason for the call, call recordings and transcripts, and appointment details. If the business uses the customer loyalty card, the same applies to its members: name, phone number or email, their visit history, and whether they agreed to receive emails. Every email to a member has an unsubscribe link. We do this on behalf of that business, only to answer the call, book the appointment and pass the details to the business. If you called a business and want your information changed or deleted, contact that business, or email us and we’ll help.

3. Businesses we contact about our service

To find businesses that may benefit from Keyspur, we use publicly available business information such as Google Business listings, public reviews and business websites (business name, phone, address, website, public reviews). We use it to prepare a short demo and to contact the business. If you’d rather not hear from us, reply “stop” or email us. We will add your number to our do-not-contact list and not contact you again.

4. Visitors to this website

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. If you email us or book a call, we use those details to reply.

5. Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as far as they need it:

Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep information

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to the people who run the Service. Owner pages use private, unguessable links. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if we learn of a breach involving their data.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@keyspursystems.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights under local law. We will honour them and never treat you differently for using them.

9. Children

The Service is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect children’s information.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let customers know by email.
